The Far East Shipping companies are charging a Peak
Season Surcharge (PSS) from August 1st to November 15 2006. The Peak
Season Surcharge is charged on shipments from Asia (at this time excluding
Japan).
The Peak Season Surcharge is USD 90,-/TEU or USD 5,-/m3/1000
kg.
The Peak Season Surcharge may vary between shipping
companies.
